Bruce has operated the Law Offices of Bruce Peotter since 1994. The Law Offices of Bruce Peotter provides experienced estate planning strategies to individuals and families looking to secure their financial futures and provide quality care to their loved ones. Bruce cares about his clients and takes a personal interest in meeting their needs. He is experienced in drafting personal estate plans, which he calls the Total Family Trust Plan, negotiating and drafting complex real estate agreements, and other areas.
Bruce has been practicing law since 1990 as a sole practitioner, as an associate attorney with a major international law firm, and as General Counsel to a real estate developer. He is a member of both the California and Colorado Bars. Bruce also served as the Assistant Public Administrator/Public Guardian for the County of Orange for two years, where he managed all aspects of the department, including a staff of 65 employees dedicated to helping over 1500 residents of Orange County who are unable to properly provide for their personal needs of physical health, food, clothing or shelter or who have left decedent estates with no one to administer the estates.
Bruce received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. His offices are located in Tustin, California, and Englewood, Colorado. He resides in Highlands Ranch with his bride of 24 plus years, Kelly, and his two college-aged sons, Mitchell and Ethan.
